The first tower is designed to feature 57 double suites specifically for the national A team, providing dedicated high-quality lodging. The second tower will provide 300 standard rooms, intended for youth selections and other sports federations, ensuring ample space for various athletic groups.
The revitalized COMET complex will integrate a medical and paramedical center to support athlete well-being, offering essential health services on-site. The project also includes the development of natural and synthetic pitches that will meet FIFA homologation standards, ensuring suitability for international-level play and training. Additionally, a new Olympic swimming pool equipped with balneotherapy areas is planned, offering advanced recovery and training facilities for athletes. A dedicated room for Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology will also be constructed as part of the full upgrade, reflecting a commitment to modern sports officiating and training.
